The process of EFT uses a tapping procedure which stimulates acupressure points on the face and body while speaking specific phrases and focusing on issues of emotional distress. This healing process allows for the release and neutralization of the emotions associated with the issues and events bringing the chance to move forward with ease. When I describe “EFT” I always tell clients that it is similar to acupuncture, but thankfully without the needles!

EFT has been validated by many peer-reviewed studies published in major medical and psychological journals. It has been shown to be an effective tool for relieving pain, releasing worry and fear, re-framing emotions such as anger and sadness to contentment and joy.

EFT ultimately helps to clear and release blockages within our energy system in the physical body which causes emotional, physical, and mental discomfort.

Again, this healing method allows us to tap on certain “meridians” on our bodies, again, like acupuncture, but by simply using our fingers.

What are meridians you might ask? Traditional Chinese medicine states that meridians are energy pathways within the body. Vital life energy flows through these pathways, similar to the way the chakra system works.

Our meridians, like our etheric field, are impacted by our emotions, our subconscious beliefs based on past experiences, and our physical health. Keeping our meridians in optimal health is another way to help clear out our energy centers, to live our best lives possible!
