Good afternoon angels,

Well, I’m on Day 5 after my really vague diagnosis and today certainly has not gone as planned. I was supposed to get my Cat Scans today, so I would have a better understanding of what I am working with. Tomorrow should have been my appointment with an Oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic so I knew what exactly what was going on and what type of options and plans I would have.

When someone from the doctor’s office started calling asking me questions that I provided answers to last week so they could gather my past records I knew I was in trouble. The third time she called I told her that I was not paying for an appointment and my husband was not taking off of work to waste our time since they were very clearly not ready for me. Later in the afternoon she stated she did not have my records yet, obviously, they didn’t even read my chart or tried to get them yet.

Due to the lack of being able to do their jobs appropriately and moving at a fast pace for me to deal with this, everything has been pushed back yet another week. So I still have no information and as a spiritual teacher I am pretty agitated by a lack of urgency or respect from the medical community. After this blog, I am going to research other providers to try to move over to. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know, but I only want the best of the best, so no half-assed human beings.

Here are a couple of changes I have made over the last several days, since the last time I wrote on here and check out the links if you need help or support:

1.) Positive Affirmations :: Since I struggled with coming up with words, I have been listening to this one here.

2.) Meditation :: If you can take time for meditation it stops your fight or flight response. So when you allow yourself to sit in silence, or guided meditation, or however you want, then you will slow down your nervous system to help yourself heal.

3.) Angelic Reiki :: I’ve done 1 session on myself over the last 2 days, which I know is very helpful. I also have a blessing of a friend that has done several sessions on me since she saw the blog. I know that her work is helping me to be much more calm and centered during my days!

4.) Etheric Weaver Healing Session ::  I finally remembered to do this over my biopsy spot this week and it has made a really tremendous difference! I am so happy to have the tools to be able to do this for myself, even though I don’t like to take the time!

5.) Energy Medicine :: I don’t have a blog about this yet, but I’ll give you the basics. I am doing my 5 minute Daily Energy Routine on a daily basis to keep my energies clear. I’m clearing meridians, working with neurolymphatics, and I have a session with my first instructor later this afternoon to prepare me for surgery, chemo, and radiation. Here is a link to Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine!

6.) Gratitude Journal :: I’m not great at this, but I’m doing my best to actually fill in my journal every morning (while in the dark, hanging on my back porch with my puppy first thing in the beautiful morning)!

7.) Visualization :: Effective today I am directing white light to all of the cells in my body, clearing all of the bad cells from my body. I KNOW I need to do this much more, but today I managed to do about 5 minutes or so… I’m a work in progress, just following my guidance!

8.) Nutrition :: So I was guided, just 2 days ago, to change my nutrition even more. This is my biggest and most unhappy change, which is why it is last since there’s a lot! LOL, I didn’t feel like I had much to change. I already don’t eat much gluten, I don’t eat much dairy. However, with a little bit of research from one of my favorite doctors – Dr. Michael Greger– I have totally switched it up and my goal is to go vegan/vegetarian, the best that I can. This is to fuel it with the highest amount of nutrients possible, and to let go of the majority of animal products – which can definitely contribute to cancer.

It’s funny, and my angels always do this to me. Last month I literally went through my pinterest and cleared out ALL of my vegan recipes, as I had decided that my husband thought it was such a pain in the ass that I was not going to go back to it again. And then my guidance was that hey, it was time to go back to all plants! Of course, my angels, but of course. At least now you’re making me smile. I didn’t have much prep time, as I go to the store on Sunday mornings, so I am working with what I have and I just pulled out one of my favorite and funniest cook books ever. I’ve looked over them all but I just went with the basic one a few years ago. It is hilarious : Thug Kitchen.

I am still blessing my food – about 80% of the time, because I don’t always remember!

Here are also some of the supplements that are on my daily intake to help my body. Some of them I have already used and I did add a few this week as guided:
